Dial By Name
Crystal KX-30 has a memory to store 100 frequently used numbers. Simply select the desired name & the KTS shall automatically dial out the number for you.
Auto Answer
Crystal KX-30 can be programmed to go into hands free mode automatically on receiving incoming ring. After conversation, once the calling extension disconnects, hand free mode is automatically cancelled. A boon for the busy senior executive.
Caller ID By Name
Crystal KX-30 displays the name of the Extension / Jn. caller stored in its table. No need to memorize & co-relate the numbers with the name of the person calling.
Status Message
Crystal KX-30 enables you know the status of any extension. Status Message like “Ext.203 Free”, “P&T Ring at 201”, “Auto redial 209”, “205 SP with Ext.”, “205 SP with P&T”, etc. are displayed on the KTS.
SMS
Crystal KX-30 can send and receive predefined SMS's within the organization. Extension with ordinary telephone instruments can send SMS to KTS extensions (e.g.-“Greeting Message”, “Meeting Message” etc.). The KTS will receive SMS even while busy.
